Alexandre Gama’s Success Honored At Cannes

The Cannes Film Festival is one of the world’s leading destinations for filmmakers and advertising creatives to display their work and be honored by a prestigious panel of judges. Brazilian advertising legend Alexandre Gama has become one of the darlings of Cannes with 29 Golden Lion wins over the course of his career for himself and his impressive Neogama advertising agency; Gama made history when he formed Neogama in 199 and went on to win a Golden Lion with the fledgling agency in its first year.

The success of Alexandre Gama as a leading advertising figure with a global reputation was confirmed when he was the first Brazilian creative to be given the honor of giving a masterclass to attendees at the festival. The success Alexandre Gama has achieved over the course of his career has not been limited to Cannes and has seen him also awarded the honor of being the first Brazilian to head the jury at the London Film Festival. As the head of Neogama Alexandre has overseen a large level of success that includes the company being awarded the global advertising campaign of the year for 2016 for its work on the ‘Giant Rock’ Johnnie Walker range of ads.


Learning to win is what most people have the prerogative to do attending events like this at least the chance is there.
